I found this at a fleamarket for free. It's named Hyper and has turbo switches at the top and on the top of the controller. There are two slights deep prints for what it looks like to place your index fingers on or perhaps there used to be a special padding for your index fingers for more comfortable gameplay (?).

The company is listed on the back: copyright Sinsei 1988, made in Japan.
