Easily considered the most popular Nintendo accessory, the Zapper was an include in most NES system bundles. In the more recent redish-orange or older gray color and a Duck Hunt/Clay Shooting game.

The Zapper is a light gun controller that allows infra-red sensors from the end of the gun to interact with the palette of your TV screen thus providing moderately accurate sight. I say moderately because I cannot count the endless times that a duck or flying disc got away due to a few sensoring quirks. I think all of us, once in a while, stood in front of the TV with the gun pressed up against the screen in frustration.
