You'll be able to afford it now, or if you want to relish the action, you can decide to repeat the stage. Again the decision is in your hands.

You may want to upgrade your weapon before you take on Cutter. It'll mean less hits to make him fall. What you need to do in this scenario is avoid the two circling boomerangs that Cutter throws then fire off some shots when they're in air. The problem is, unlike the first sitting duck boss, when the boomerangs are flying, he has the tendency to dodge to the side making him a harder target. Stick with it and upgrade that weapon of yours.
